Wonderland holds direct partnerships with bridal fabric markets worldwide, providing brides with an extensive selection of fabrics and trims.

Every gown designed by K.Z undergoes multiple rounds of fitting and prototyping, with each detail carefully refined, so the final combination of fabrics represents the best possible outcome for that design. For our bespoke gowns, every material used—including its colour—is thoroughly discussed with the bride. This ensures that the gown not only reflects her personal style but also embodies the craftsmanship and thoughtful design that make every Wonderland creation truly one-of-a-kind.

Due to differences in measuring tools and materials, dimensions may vary by 1–3 cm. This is normal and considered standard practice in garment construction.

• Customised orders: Please allow 3–5 months, depending on design complexity. This includes fabric selection, fittings, final adjustments, and pressing.
  
• Ready-to-wear items (no alterations): Typically delivered within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
  
• Ready-to-wear items requiring alterations: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
  
• Urgent orders: Please contact us via any of our provided social media channels. We will always aim to dispatch promptly.
  

Cleaning & Care

• Do not machine wash any items.
  
• Steam ironing may be used on most garments.
  
• Avoid bleach and high heat.
  
• Dry cleaning is recommended for delicate fabrics and intricate details.
  

Fittings & Alterations

• Customised garments are for the wearer only.
  
• Wear clean undergarments or a dedicated lining during fittings.
  
• Items altered by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• Alteration services are available upon request; details will be confirmed during consultation.
  

Veils & Accessories

• Most veils can be trimmed to the desired length by the customer.
  
• Handle delicate details (beads, lace) with care.
  
• Avoid pulling or twisting embellishments.

Returns & Exchanges

• Customised garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• Items with manufacturing defects should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
  

Storage & Transport

• Store garments hanging or flat to avoid creasing.
  
• Use dust bags or garment boxes for long-distance transport.
  
• Small accessories should be stored separately to avoid damage.
  

Safety & Responsibility

• Garments are finely crafted; improper handling may cause damage.
  
• The studio is not responsible for damage caused by customer alterations or misuse.
  
• Please avoid trying on garments in outdoor or easily soiled environments.
  

Additional Notes

• Allow sufficient time for fittings, especially close to your wedding date.
  
• Custom veil or accessory requests are welcomed.
